Outgoing mail control not show the subscriptions, domains or emails​

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:

Plesk Onyx Version 17.9.4
‪CentOS Linux 7.5.1804 (Core)‬​

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

After upgrade the product, the Outgoing Mail Control Panel not show any information and I'm not sure if is working or not.

I attached two screens.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Outgoing mail control --> Email Addresses​

ACTUAL RESULT:

Empty list​

EXPECTED RESULT:

Show the Email Addresses, Domains and Subscription as usual.​
