Resolved Outgoing mail control not working

tkalfaoglu

Silver Pleskian
Someone's mail password was leaked and they sent thousands of spam thru that account.
I went into plesk and it says no account is exceeding their limits, in fact the Outgoing Mail Control page is empty as if no one is sending anything.. It does list thousangs of email addresses, but they apparently sent no mails :)

Google found some patches that I am not allowed to view - or have been removed since.

So, what to do?
Thanks, -t

First, check if those mails were really sent over your Plesk server. Do you see those mails in the logs?
How were the mails sent, via webmail or via SMTP?

Then, check the outgoing mail limits for the subscription that owns the domain. What limits do you have there?

Many thanks.. The account is set for 100 mails/hour.
But now no account seems to be counted.. I have the latest obsidian installed..
It seems somehow my postfix stopped counting outgoing mails :(

I have lots of entries like this:
