Resolved Outlook Error 0x800ccc1a after Client update to Windows 11 22H2

I am having a problem after the Windows 11 22H2 update.
I get "0x800ccc1a" while trying to connect. Worked fine one hour ago before I did the update to 22H2

Every other mail Client seems to work, even windows mail. It's just outlook that refuses to connect.
Mail certificate domain and outlook settings domain are correct "domain.de" - no "mail"-prefix used.
(external) DNS MX record is also set to "domain.de"

//email/testTo: shows no problems, Cert-check is ok.
Also mxtoolbox shows no problems.

Unfortunately, getting all clients to move to other mail clients is not an option

Attention: Maybe this helps others:
after I switched this to ON, it worked again:
it's german and translates to: "soon available - test now"

i had the same problem. After installation I checked again for updates and it's fount an update with code 5018493. After installed this update the problem solved.
