Issue Outlook Not Downloading or Sending Email

New Pleskian
Have set up a new email address on a new VPS server, the email address is configured fine and going to roundcube I can see test messages however Outlook 2016 will not download any messages, the account is configured correctly it has sent test emails and connected to both incoming and outgoing servers it just refuses to download the messages, any ideas?

As always in the most mail related issues, investigation of Plesk maillog is required.
