Overload server

Today, i have an automatic upgrade of PLESK : 12.0.18 #44.

Then, my server are now overload :

- Load average : 40 ~ 80
- Overload of "mysqld"
- Overload of "httpd"

My server are :

- Dedicated server
- Parallels Plesk v12.0.18_build1200140606.15 os_CentOS 6
- CentOS 6.6 Final
- Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v2 @ 3.50GHz
- 64 Go RAM

Can you have some solution ?

Are you sure that upgrade procedure was completed successfully? Have you tried to restart psa service?

can you check TOP and see if the load is a result of high IO Waits? or is it actually CPU usage.
