Issue Overuse allowed

Thomas Oryon

Regular Pleskian
Hello Support,

I have created the new reseller with no overuse policy and setup disk space limit to 500GB. When I logged in as reseller and create the service plan it should limit 500GB but I can create the plan above 500GB. May I know the reason for this?

Awaiting your reply.

Hi, @Thomas Oryon . How exactly do I replicate the issue, please? I did the following:

1. Created a reseller plan with Overuse policy - Overuse is not allowed, Overselling policy - Overselling is not allowed, Disk space - 500 GB.
2. Created a reseller user and assigned them the above plan
3. Logged in with the reseller user and attempted to create a new service plan with Disk space capacity of 504GB

That resulted in the error shown on the attached screenshot. Hence, please provide me with the exact steps you performed in order for the system to allow you to create the plan above the set limit. Thanks in advance.
