Overwriting files issue when extracting zip file ?

Hi

Plesk 11.5.30 #37
Centos 6.2 Final

I have tried to do a WHMCS upgrade like I have done in the past and I upload the zip file and then extract it. It says it was successfully extracted but when I look at the files it was meant to overwrite it has not overwritten them.

Is there a reason for this ?

Could you please clarify a little bit, how it is related to Plesk?

I did the extraction to overwrite files in Plesk in under the files tab.

I could rename the folder and copy a new folder up with the required files but as I said I would rather be able to just overwrite the files from the extracted zip.

Why would it say it was complete when it wasnt ?
