Hi,
One of the administrators for a hosted domain created some webusers a couple of days ago. He asked for some help and I logged in as plesk administrator via the webbinterface. Using the file manager I tried to access the webusers directories, but couldn't. The default owner for webuser john:s directory is john and the group are psaserv.
Is this correct? Since calculate size doesn't work (Unable to calculate size for /web_users/john: filemng failed: filemng: Unable to get size for '/home/httpd/vhosts/ztek.chs.chalmers.se/web_users/john' System error 13: Permission denied), does the quota system fail for these directories?
Any hints on this?
