Pages are not loading well

Hi everyone. Question - the pages of the website are not loading well. We've checked from different computers, browsers and world locations, but approximately 50% of the time the pages have to be reloaded a number of times before they can be viewed properly.
Has anyone else had the same problem? Is that a normal occurrance when working with sitebuilder generated pages? Are there any solutions to this?
