Issue Certificates are not created automatically

we are still experiencing an issue with some customers where the certificates are not being created automatically. When we go to the corresponding page, the following error appears:

Do we need to reset something here? This is now the third time we've had the same issue with this customer. When we click "Next," everything goes back to normal—until it happens again.

There has already been a fix for this issue, but it does not take effect immediately in this case.

Hello, @enerspace . There is a similar recent report by another user, but I am unable to reproduce the behavior on a test server in order to forward it for a further review. Am I understanding correctly that the issue appears only for specific domain names? Is there any identifiable pattern for the domain name affected by the issue - as in domain TLD, the DNS configuration, or something else. Additionally, judging by the screenshot, it looks like the domain name already has a valid SSL certificate installed. Am I right? Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
