PAM-Error after libmysql-update

Hi there,
after I did an update of the following packages I get the following Error-Message and the CPU-Usage of MySQL is with no connection over 70%.+#

Updated Packages:
An update to libmysqlclient16 from 5.1.63-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 to 5.1.66-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 is available.
An update to mysql-client-5.1 from 5.1.63-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 to 5.1.66-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 is available.
An update to mysql-client-core-5.1 from 5.1.63-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 to 5.1.66-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 is available.
An update to mysql-common from 5.1.63-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 to 5.1.66-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 is available.
An update to mysql-server from 5.1.63-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 to 5.1.66-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 is available.
An update to mysql-server-5.1 from 5.1.63-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 to 5.1.66-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 is available.

Error-Massege
PAM unable to dlopen(/lib/security/pam_plesk.so): /lib/security/pam_plesk.so: symbol EVP_CIPHER_CTX_init, version
libmysqlclient_16 not defined in file libmysqlclient.so.16 with link time reference

Also the first connection to the sides is very slow.

What can I do to fix this error.
