after Panel 11.0.9 update from # 52 to # 53 came then after server restart and login
unter https://xx.xx.xxx.x:xxxx/ the System Overview ok after press onto Subscriptions
>> url *xxxxxxxxxxx.com* >> In Control Panel open comes then always the message

listmng is Mailman Plesk backend management utility.

I assume you have either Debian or Ubuntu?

Check that both /opt/psa/admin/bin/listmng and /opt/psa/admin/sbin/listmng are present and executable:
# ls -al /opt/psa/admin/{,s}bin/listmng /opt/psa/admin/sbin/wrapper
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 May 31 06:48 /opt/psa/admin/bin/listmng -> ../sbin/wrapper

Check that you have either plesk-mail-pc-driver or plesk-mail-qc-driver package installed.

If any of the checks above failed - reinstall the package and reapply patches.
