Input panel.ini editor needs an update

From version 2.1.0 its possible to configure Let's encrypt via panel.ini, but there is nothing about this in the panel.ini editor extension. Please update the editor extension whenever you add stuff to panel.ini

its possible to configure php via the panel.ini, again: nothing about this in the panel.ini editor extension.
