Trying to upgrade from 11.0.9 to 11.5.30 online, we have encountered this error at .../examine.html. How do we solve them?

Fix for
'REG' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
can be easily googled...

Hostname is actually defined but Plesk said it wasn't defined. That's the problem.

Sorry I didn't find the solution when I googled. Maybe I was looking for the error specifically for Plesk Windows. Can you lighten me the path?
