parallels panel webspace statistics

I seem to be having some difficulties with my plesk panel... in both administrative view and webspace view, it is not updating my disk space usage or my traffic usage? in AWstats traffic is being updated, but its not being updated in the parallels panel. i was wondering if anyone know how to fix it? it worked just fine in the past for me, but stopped updating a week ago and still hasnt updated, i even formatted the hard drive and reinstalled everything still having the same problem, any suggestions? thanks george

ps im running parallels 10.4.4 on OpenSUSE 11.4
