Parallels support and these forums ??????

Basic Pleskian
Does anyone from Parallels Technology Network monitor these forums ? There seems to be a lot of threads that aren't getting responded to.
 
It has been very very quiet here lately. Been months and months since even a patch so not sure myself whats going on. Not good though realy.
