Hello, I am trying to change password for an admin account and a customer account, the problem is the same on both.
Initially I changed password in the dedicated page, when clicking ok I got the little green box saying the password was changed successfully, but when I try to loggin whit the new password it does'nt work, I can only log with the old password.
I tried changing it again, using the old password in the "Old password" input and the same thing happen.
I also tried to change password using console with "plesk bin admin --set-password -passwd <newpwd>", The console print out that the password was successfully changed but I still cans loggin only with the old one.
Finally now I can still loggin but the page to change password no longer reconize any of the past password in the "Old password".
Can someone help me ? Should I just use use the forgot your password button ?
Thanks for your help, sorry for my Inglish I'm not native.
