Hello

My customer can`t change password in domain controllpanel.

Whats wrong ?

I can change password when i log in "admin."

Please help me.

Thanks

It seems that this is a commom bug on Plesk 7.5.2, besides that, it started happening to me when i moved a domain between clients... if you did so, that may be probably the issue.

I have been asking how to fix it almost for 3 weeks with no luck finding an answer, i dont think you will find any.

I have received a suggestion.

Delete the domain and recreate it under the client you want it instead of moving it.

The wierd thing is that i have moved the domain not only via mysql, i have tryed also with the Domain Creation Utilities

./domain.sh -u domain.tld -clogin clientloginhere

the domain.sh file is located in:
/usr/local/psa/bin

i have had no luck...

Best regards,
