Password Protected Directories Problem! Help!!

Hi,

I am using Plesk for Windows version 7.5.6 and I have come across a problem with setting up a password protected directory. The problem only affects one of my domains (all others work fine). The strange thing is that I can setup a sub-domain on the domain that won't work and there is no problem at all.

Does anyone have any ideas what's gone wrong here or how to fix it?
