Password resetting problem

Hey guys, I have some issues to reset my password.

PRODUCT: Plesk
VERSION: 11.5 (at least the Desktop shortcut says so) - don't know the Microupdate - if there is a CMD command I could provide that too.
OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows Server 12 Standard
ARCHITECTURE: x64

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
I forgot my password. Sadly the password resetting using plesksrvclient.exe doesn't seem to work. If I change the password from there I still get "Error: You have entered incorrect username or password." I tried multiple times and also restarted plesk/the entire server.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Forget your password.

ACTUAL RESULT
Can't login.

Can login.
