Question Password strength update

Hello Support,

By default, the password strength was setup to 9-12 that includes digits, special characters, upper & lower case. Can this be changed as below?

1. I don't want upper & lower case so I can exclude
2. I can set the password minimum below 9 and maximum above 12?

Hi, @Thomas Oryon . Unfortunately, there's no way to exclude specific rules for password strength evaluation, such as upper and lower case letters. If you want to be able to set a password with less than 9 characters, you can select the "Medium" strength. You can find out more about how the password strength is calculated about each option here:
