Passwords on all domains

One of our clients installed Cold Fusion 8 today... now all domains are asking for a username/password. I've refreshed the components installed. I've run every single repair on the reconfigurator... and nothing is fixing this. Any suggestions on fixing this? Uninstall Cold Fusion and tell them too bad, Plesk doesn't work with it?
