Pb with "Mass e-mail messages" utility

Hello,

I setup a template to send messages to my customers, but when i try tu put a name and an e-mail in the "from" field,an error occure :

Erreur: Specified values are incorrect

i get this error when i try to put in the "from" field :

My Name <[email protected]>

How can i fix this problem ?

this is not normal behavior, don't you think so?
do you have already 8.2.1 installed???
contact support team, let them check it. or you can try to send a bug report to
[email protected]

Yes i have PLESK 8.2.1, i will contact support team to notify them about this bug.
