PBA-Service-Plugins ???

I am running Panel-Version 10.4.4 Update #15 on a Linux 2.6.38.2-xxxx-std-ipv6-64
Parallels Plesk Panel v10.4.4_build1013111102.18 os_Ubuntu 10.04

Since Update 15, I saw the german language message:

Warnung: PBA-Service-Plugins sind nicht verfügbar
(Warning: PBA-Service-Plugins unavailable)

I found no problem obviously related to this warning and did not even find the search term "PBA-Service-Plugins" anywhere in this Forum.

How this warning can be reproduced?

I get this warning when I go to the payment gateway settings in Billing Manager for 11.09

Warning: PBA service plugins are not available

I have this warning also under my Payment Gateway settings. Although I think the warning might be informational in nature as I only have Paypal available for payments and no gateways are enabled.

Please try to open console to srver and execute
wget --no-check-certificate https://127.0.0.1:8443/plesk-billing/hspc-wsdl.php

Are there any errors?
