perl lib location

I have a hosting account that uses plesk 7.5 and I am installing an interface that requires me to put a directory into my perl lib. The instructions are exactly :

Copy the content of the lib directory to the library path of Perl installation

where is that exactly? Under .. lib or is it /usr/lib ?

Please let me know im eager to get this up and running.
