Fresh install of windows 2003 server
Fresh install of plesk 7 and patch
Restore 6.52 backed up data
I get this on machine reboot in the even viewer and an error on screen with the send/dont send to microsoft option.. the standard windows error.
Reporting queued error: faulting application perl.exe, version 5.8.3.809, faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.3790.0, fault address 0x00033e33.

and perl.exe randomly goes haywire and uses all available cpu resource until i reboot and the cycle starts over
