Hi,

I have created a domain with plesk panel, I configued it and I've created my ftp user.
In this webaspace I've installed joomla. My problem is that php doesn't writ on my directory but the permissions are rirght (755). How I can solve this problem???

Thank you!

777

I don't know if you would have tried this or not but with Joomla you may well need to change permissions to 777 even though it states 755 will work, this is not actually an issue with Joomla but with certain Apache setups.

Try it and let us now!

Cheers
Charlie
