permissions help

i have installed a oscomerce on domain on plesk 8.4, here is the problem:

Advertencia: Puedo escribir en el fichero de configuración: E:\\inetpub\\vhosts\\pablopardo.net\\httpdocs/includes/configure.php. En determinadas circunstancias esto puede suponer un riesgo - por favor corriga los permisos de este fichero.

he says can write de configure.php i already think i changed permisions to read only on plesk panel but the message continues....

what permisions i have to change? any utility to change this?
