Where is C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\locales\pt-BR\.aiupd_24123 and what permissions I should set?

Error: can't apply patch panel-11.0.9~patch40
Access is denied. (Error code 5) at retrieves attributes for file or directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\locales\pt-BR\.aiupd_24123
