permition for directories

I copied files from other server to new server and put to each site directory. But The users are not able to remove or
edit files, becuase for permitions. what is the fast
way and how can I set the correct permition for directories?

Coz we have around 400 sites and it is not possible to give permissions manually to all these sites..

In command line type: reconfigurator
After running the utility choose "Repair Plesk Installation" item. In the second dialog set the flag only on "Plesk File Security" checkbox. Click "check" and after utility done it's work everything must be allright.
