Personal FTP Repository BACKUP Failures

After starting back up in plesk 11.5 I get this error after some time,

The backup was stored in Server Repository and was also uploaded to ftp....

Backup file size in server repository : 169 MB
In personal repository showed in plesk :169 MB
File size shown in FTP in backup server : 169.08MB


Then why does the error occur ?

I want to setup automatic backup everyday. SO don't want to do manually. The file still does appears on ftp. Please check the file sizes i Said in my post above.

on plesk 12... but the file is there.

As far as I see from the error messages the issue seems to be with FTP transfer but not with backup creation. Therefore make sure that you haven't any problem with connection to FTP server with corresponding login credentials, haven't any firewall rules there and have enough free disk space on FTP server.

As I see, i have more than enough disk space on ipage [ they said I can tranfer up to 25Gb single file on ftp ]

And also, if you check the file size on ftp and comnpare it with on server backup tab they are the same. And file is uploaded. But why does the error continue to appear even when file is there

I am experiencing this same issue. The file is uploaded to the FTP server (and I've verified the contents of that file), but I still receive this error message. Therefore the file is not deleted off of the web server and I have to manually delete it, even though it has been uploaded to the FTP server.

Any suggestions? Help?
