• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Issue PharData not found when trying to install Joomla

Im having exactly the same issue. Have you found a solution yet?
This is most likely caused by a bug (EXTPLESK-4243) in the Joomla Toolkit. As a possible workaround you can change the domain's PHP version to 7.x, then try to install the application using Joomla! Toolkit, then toggle back the PHP version to 8.x.

The bug I referenced in my previous post has actually already been fixed for a long time.

If you are still experiencing the issue and aren't running the latest Plesk version make sure to update Plesk. Else contact Plesk support for investigation of the issue on your server. To sign-in to support please go to https://support.plesk.com

If you experience login issues, please see this KB article:

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:
