PHP 5 problem

We have upgraded to PHP5 as per the knowledgebase instructions. Plesk says it is installed and working but any web site using PHP gets a 404 error ... even though index.php is there and was working before we updated PHP.

Can anybody help?

Plesk 7.5.6 on Server 2003
