  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

PHP FormMail instead of CGI

Since Plesk needs to be tweaked to use CGI I wanted to try to use PHP to send my form. The form is located at http://www.bedoroses.com/kitteninq.php. I was trying to find a PHP script to use so that is what is in the code now. That one didn't work. I would prefer not to have to change the form code and am looking for a PHP script that works like FormMail.pl or SaveForm.pl. Can someone direct me to one and let me know what might need to be changed if anything? Thanks.

They claim that this is a replacement for MATT's formmail.

Thanks so much for this link. I tried it in a shared environment and it works fine. I sent the form to a forwarded email and got it in my inbox. However on my Plesk 7.5.4 Linux server it seems to go into a black hole and I never get the email the form is sending. Any ideas?

I was having DNS and email forwarding issues but they have now been fixed. I must be missing something somewhere.

FormMail.php

I am still having problems with formmail.php. I have tried following the readme file but haven't received any emails so far. This is the link http://www.bedoroses.com/kitteninq2.html

Has anyone used this on a Plesk run virtual dedicated server sucessfully? I have two forms I would really like functional again.

Thanks,
