Resolved PHP-FPM 7.0.20 service is not starting

While on Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update #9: Why can´t I start PHP-FPM 7.0.20 service?

All Domains are using 7.0.20 in php settings although phpinfo states version 7.0.19

Here is what I´ve found in /var/log/plesk-php70-fpm/error.log

ERROR: An another FPM instance seems to already listen on /var/www/vhosts/system/foo.com/php-fpm.sock
ERROR: FPM initialization failed
NOTICE: configuration file /opt/plesk/php/7.0/etc/php-fpm.conf test is successful

Manually stopping and starting helped:
service plesk-php70-fpm stop
service plesk-php70-fpm start

Afterwards I had to click the "Apply" button in PHP Settings for the given domain

even that the following KB - article has not been created for Plesk Onyx, you could still try to resolve your issue with the provided resolutions as well:

=> Plesk PHP FPM 7.0 service is down after switching to it from another FPM handler​

Thanks for the tip: For now it´s working (even when switching between different FPM handlers via the panel)
