I have php and mysql softwares old versions in my plesk. How can i update this softwares? Mine system dont work with old php & mysql version. I look it but dont see anywhere to update from plesk.Im pleasure if u help me. Your sincerly.

If you use HORDE webmail, I wouldn't suggest upgrading to PHP5 cause it wont' work.

MySQL can be upgraded easily... There are two MySQL servers installed - one for Plesk (%plesk_dir%\mysql) which I suggest you leave intact, and one for customers (%plesk_dir%\databases\mysql).
Simply download newer version of MySQL in ZIP file and manually replace existing files while preserving configs + databases from old version.
