PHP Not working in Subdomains

While PHP is running OK, on the main domain, on the subdomain PHP is not working when I try to open it just downloads the PHP file.

Tried running in Apache and FastCGI mode,

/usr/local/psa/bin/vps_optimized --status
VPS Optimized mysql-innodb: off
VPS Optimized apache-modules-all: off
VPS Optimized apache-modules-except-php: off
VPS Optimized apache-modules-except-scripting: off

Tried restarting apache, server still the same problem

Re installed the whole system, now it's OK.
