• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

PHP problem (Application Installation)

YukanKun

New Pleskian
Hi there!
at first, sorry for my bad english..

I rly tried to figure it out by myself..

I have Plesk Panel 11.5 and wanted to install Drupal 7.23 as an application.
The installation didn't worked, because it says: "The app requires PHP 5.2.5 or later. Currently, you have PHP none. If the version is "none", ensure that the PHP support is selected for the domain."
I checked the server components and it says, that I have installed PHP 5.2.17 and 5.4.15

Also my win 2012 server has 5.4.15

I am a little bit confused..

Looks like you have "none" for "PHP support" Hosting Parameter in Service Plan of your subscription. Check and correct it.

check if the php 5.2 is installed on server. For that go to server components and check the php versions in hosting parameters
