Question PHP settings for individual PHP version not updating to all sites

Hi,

I'm trying to update the php error_reporting on all sites but whatever value i put in the global php ini, it doesn't show on the individual sites. All other configurations are pushed to all sites without a problem except this one..
It always shows error_reporting 22519 whatever I put in the global file en I need 24565
So how can I change this default setting on all sites?

Every setting might be overwritten with custom settings from the next level, so pls. check and adjust the desired setting at each level, or leave it empty, to inherit the setting from the previous level.
