• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue PHP version disappeared with acronis backup enabled

New Pleskian
Hi there.
I've installed Acronis to manage my server backups but now i'm having a problem with php version selection as the dropdown disappeared from all domains on my server.
I'm logging as admin or root and no luck. I've already went ssh and run the command:

plesk bin subscription_settings -u domain.com -manage_php_version true

But still no luck. On the service plan i have PHP version and handler management selected but when i save & sync i'm getting this error

Warning: Unable to grant the following permissions because they conflict with the reseller plan: PHP version and handler management, Acronis Backup.

I really need to sort this out as i just added a domain that is running a old php version that i cannot change.

Hope someone can help me out

Many thanks
