PHP Warning: PHP Startup - Help!!!

I have got this error on my billing.

"PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5\ext\php_ffmpeg.dll' - Access is denied. in Unknown on line 0"

I added the "".

Can some one please help me.

Did you checked permissions for this file and folder?

Me and my mate we're trying to install it and as ive never used plesk before i dont know how to do permissions etc.

So i cant answer that one.

But it's windows hosting and i want to get FFMPEG working as you can see it is there.

weve had no luck so far.

So do you know how i fix this error.

Fixing permissions is not Plesk related task but usual Windows task. You can contact support team if you can't fix it by yourself.

Im nto so bothered about ffmpeg it's just the error i want to go.

I brought my plesk via a reseller of yours and they are not offering me any help
