PHP5 Installation Error - HELP!

Hello,

i have updatet from Plesk 8.4 to 8.6. When I try to install PHP 5
(Add or Remove Programs/Parallels Plesk/Change/PHP 5). The
installation starts and ends with "Fatal Error":

"Installation ended permaturely because of an error" and PHP5
was not installed.

Can someone help me? I need PHP 5 for one of our client.

Check Event viewer log for detailed error message, it can make the issue clear.

Thanks! The tip with the plesk event viewer helps. Event viewer says:
plesk828.cab file was missing. I have downloaded the complete installation
pack and extract the file to c:\program files\paralles\... install folder
and the installation of php 5 works.
