How to solve the problem please

Do you really have domain forum.eslamdv.com in Plesk and corresponding path /var/www/vhosts/system/forum.eslamdv.com ?
Have you tried to recover it with

# plesk repair web forum.eslamdv.com

?

Try to remove it completely with the following command:

# plesk bin domain --remove forum.eslamdv.com

Instead of phpXX you should use your PHP version, like php71 or php74

What worked for me:

1. Recreated the "deleted domain"
2. Delete it again
