    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Has anyone installed PHPList (http://www.phplist.com/) on Plesk for Windows? I have a client that needs Windows hosting, and would like newletter functionality to send out announcements. I've used PHPList in the past, and it works great, but that's always been on Linux.

If anyone has other suggestions, that'd be welcomed as well.
