Issue PhpMyAdmin Access Issue To Create Functions

Dear Support,

need Enable privileges to create functions in routine for particular MySQL database. How would it be possible?
but I have access to create stored procedures.

Not able to execute the following script.
SET GLOBAL log_bin_trust_function_creators = 1

#1227 - Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation

Could you tell me, how can I fix this problem?
