phpmyadmin

after installing plesk 8.2 phpmyadmin is missing the scheme and the page very basic in look and also import functions do not work

didnt have this problem with 8.1

i should mention this was a clean install on a new server

any thoughts guys, i cannot add fields or anything and this was a clean install on a new vps?

Did you try to go to uninstall phpmyadmin and then reinstall it again (from the Plesk>Change option in Add Remove Programs)

we have the same problem.

tried uninstalling phpmyadmin and re-installing it. no success

tried repairing plesk installation. no success

hope anyone has other suggestions

Hello,

You can try fix from the following knowledge base article:

But note that this fix applies _only_ if Plesk is installed _under Virtuozzo_

If Plesk is installed not under Virtuozzo or this fix does not resolve your problem please provide more information on it: how exactly can this problem be repeated, what error message do you get, can you see any errors in Event Viewer?
