• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

After creating my first domain with a physical hosting, I got this error:

Unable to assign variables for PHostingForm: Unable to get hardquota state: Unexpected error

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\hosting\phosting_setup.php:279 psaerror(string "Unable to assign variables for PHostingForm: Unable to get hardquota state: Unexpected error")

Any ideas !?!...

This error message is misleading, it actually means that unexpected error happened while creating physical hosting for a domain. Typically it means problem with IIS FTP, e.g. damaged metabase or existing FTP site on the same IP you are trying to use for hosting, but there might be other reasons.

If you are not able to figure it out quickly, please contact support. Diagnostic will be improved in 7.5.4.
