Picture Gallery Problems

I have a fresh install of Plesk 7.5 with SiteBuilder add-on. It was installed by SW-Soft themselves. Everything works great EXCEPT the Picture Gallery. If you add a picture gallery none of the images work. The picture frames that go around each image shows up as X's and so does the picture you add. While developing the picture gallery you do see the pictures in the Templates screen, but nowhere else. If I view the site from the server itself it works, but not externally.

Anyone experience this and perhaps know a fix?
