Piped Logs for Apache Web Server

I am going to host more than 900 Web sites on the server, Apache fail to work because of problem with file descriptors limit. Apache by default can handle only 1024 file descriptors.

I know the solution for Plesk 8 but what should I do as now I have Plesk 9
