  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Plan without webmail service cannot be synced?

raytracy

Basic Pleskian
I just modified the 'Default Domain' plan to disable any mail service, but got this message when I try to sync it over subscriptions:

It state that I had specified 'Roundcube' as plan value, but I cannot find where is the corresponding value in my plan field?

How can I eliminate the webmail value/feature, and sync it to subscription?

Please confirm that you have the same Service Plan settings:

Interesting, my plan menu did not show the webmail option:

By the way, since I did not plan to provide mail service, I have removed all webmail component from plesk.
Should I add the component back and unckeck it in the plan?

Looks like that previously you had subscription with assigned webmail. Then you decided to remove all webmail components and update subscription with new version of Service Plan without webmail service. Somewhere in database remains the record about orphaned webmail record.
Should I add the component back and unckeck it in the plan?
Yes, you could try.
